Alex has been a partner with the firm since 2020.

Alex was born in Markdale and raised in Owen Sound.  He attended Trent University, graduating with Honours in Political Studies (2007).  After spending considerable time working in Western Canada and overseas, Alex attended Lakehead University’s Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, as part of its inaugural class.  Alex joined Middlebro’ & Stevens LLP upon his call to the bar (2016).

Alex focuses his practice in Real Estate and Family Law, but also assists clients with Wills & Estates, Civil Litigation, Corporate & Commercial, and Medical and other Professional Corporations.

Alex completed his Collaborative Family Law Training – Levels One and Two.  He has joined the Ontario Association of Collaborative Professionals and, more locally, the Collaborative Family Law Group of Grey/Bruce (https://www.greybrucecollablaw.com/professionals/alexandre-wade/).  Alex is very excited to offer this novel mechanism of resolution to his family law clients.

Alex keeps busy with his spouse and kids.  He can frequently be found with them snowboarding, stand up paddle boarding, mountain biking, and on the golf course.
