John D. Middlebro’
John David became a partner at the firm in 2005.
John graduated from Huron College at the University of Western Ontario with an Honours degree in political science in 1996, then attended Windsor Law School and graduated in 1999. He articled with Middlebro’ & Stevens LLP and following his call to the bar in 2001, returned to his hometown to practice alongside his father.
John keeps a busy general solicitor’s practice in Real Estate, Corporate, Business Law (especially the buying and selling of businesses), Wills, Estate Administration and Trusts. He enjoys acting as Power of Attorney or Trustee for persons needing service. John is finishing his last work in the Courts, but litigated many business disputes, real estate and trusts cases over his career. He still occasionally acts as Prosecutor for several municipalities, government ministries and agencies.
John is a married father of two university-attending, aspiring adults. Aside from practicing law and family, John enjoys fly-fishing the local area, owning full-electric vehicles, and classical music of many types. He sits as co-Trustee of a private charitable scholarship trust, loves to mentor newer lawyers, and remains a terrible golfer despite years of practice.
